I tutored while in National Honor Society for 8th grade students. I received a 24 on the ACT and graduated first in my class with a 3.996 GPA. I would like to be a tutor because I think it's extremely important for high school students to enjoy school and receive good grades so they want to continue their education beyond high school. I took the basic classes for high school curriculum but I also took a college courses while attending high school such as english, anatomy & physiology, sociology, medical terminology and calculus. My current GPA is a 3.25.

Hobbies
I grew up in rural Wisconsin. I spent a lot of time at my grandparent's farm and also milked cattle. I was also a member of the varsity volleyball team. I was in many clubs in high school such as Student Counsel, National Honor Society, Spanish Club, FFA, FCCLA, FBLA, and Class Vice President. In college I pledged in the Kappa Beta Gamma International Sorority and recently joined the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association. I also have 2 younger siblings, including a brother who is dyslexic, so I understand how school can sometimes be challenging and am very willing to help.
