Education
I am currently in my last year at Northern Michigan University where I major in Speech, Language and Hearing Science. Afterwards I will go onward to graduate school and receive my doctorate in Audiology. Audiology is the science of hearing. It has always been my passion to go into this field.
Experience
I have worked with students with disabilities before, mainly children who are deaf, but I can work with any body who needs help. I am very patient, and I really believe in helping to make a difference in children and teens. I love it when I'm helping a student and all of a sudden they understand everything we've been working on. My desire has always been to help people, which is a huge part of why I want to become and Audiologist, to help people. I am very involved at Northern Michigan University and can give a lot of great advice on college for those students in high school who are looking at college options.
