I received a 29 on the ACT and a 5 on the AP Psychology exam. I would like to be a tutor because I believe that I can explain concepts in a way that make them more manageable for students. I took every math class offered by my high school. This includes AP Statistics and AP Calculus as well as multiple levels of algebra classes, geometry, and trigonometry. I achieved this by participating in an accelerated math program in middle school. It was called PATH (Program for the Academically Talented at Hope College). So in middle school, I took two high school level math classes per year. I also took 4 years of Spanish classes in high school and continue to practice my Spanish on my own time.
